Returns and Damages Policy
 
 

The Accessory Store cares deeply about the quality of your purchase and fairness to all users. To ensure that our products are both readily available and in excellent condition, we have implemented the following return and damages policy. By purchasing with us, you agree to read and adhere to the following policy:

 

Returns Policy:

 

Returns on “in-stock” items only; no returns on “special order” or “sale” items. Contact us within ONE WEEK of receiving your order for refund of merchandise with a 10% restocking fee (cost of shipping and handling, taxes and return shipping are not included in refund). NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON UNWRAPPED SHADES. Electrical items must be installed by an electrician. After one week, items are not returnable for any credit. All special order items are FINAL SALE.

 

If you would like to exchange an “in-stock” item for another “in-stock” item, we will waive the restocking fee, in addition to shipping the replacement item out for free. The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value.

 

Damages Policy:

 

Contact us within ONE WEEK to exchange a damaged item. Damaged item must be shipped back to us before new item is shipped out. We will ship the new item out free of charge. If you would like to return a damaged item without an exchange, you are responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, although we will waive the restocking fee.
